How Do I REFOCUS... Exactly?

It's simple. Meta-cognition principals combined with CBT can allow for you to unlock the ability - so to speak - to acknowledge when you're fighting a bad habit and know what to practice. For me, I kept thinking about how I wanted to be a father and husband one day - and that behavior would not be tolerated. But what about if you're not looking for that lifestyle? - you do this: Say 'Refocus.' Say it. In Your head. If my brand does it's job it should have implanted the empoewing message that you can do it, the impossible. You can come back from the precipice, when all hope seems lost.
